EMERALD HOTEL KAMPALA, Kampala – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it peaceful for work, but I was warned about safety outside the hotel. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some delicious dishes but poor value for money. The service was generally good but had some inconsistencies with charges and communication. The rooms were hot without air conditioning, but the facilities offered on-site were satisfactory.

I stayed at the hotel which had both positive and negative aspects. The location was very central but unfortunately right next to a noisy church that disrupted my sleep. The proximity to the city center was convenient, however, the area outside the hotel felt a bit unsafe due to warnings about muggings. The rooms, although advertised for 3 people, had only 2 twin beds and lacked a good view. The dining options were limited but acceptable for the price.
